Dispatch Policy

While every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock we offer no guarantee of availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale. Goods are normally dispatched the same day for all orders made before 3pm. If we are unable to fulfil your order we will contact you and arrange either for an alternative to be sent or a full refund to be made.
 

Carriage & Receiving of Goods

 

If a signature is required:

Upon receipt of your purchase please immediately inspect the packaging for visible signs damage before signing for the goods. If you think that the product is damaged, please contact us straight away, and / or note this on the delivery documents with the courier.

Please inspect the shipment immediately. Insist that visible damage is noted on the delivery documents.

In case of damage please notify us as soon as possible by calling 01614310008. If possible, please take a photograph of the damage.

We take every precaution to ensure your purchases arrive safely.

Prices & Tax

The price shown for the goods does not include postage and packing unless stated otherwise. The delivery cost will be added on at the checkout point. The price you pay will include VAT for all deliveries within the European Union. Parts the stated price usualy includes delivery it will be stated on the parts.
 

Cancellation & Returns

If you are not satisfied with the goods you have a right to cancel the contract within 30 days (starting the day after delivery is made), return the goods and receive either a full refund of your monies or replacement goods. Please send an e-mail or call us before you return goods, telling us that you are returning the goods and why.
 

Colours

The colour of goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to limitations of browser software and monitors.

 

Privacy & Security

All confidential information, including credit card details, are held securely (by trusted third party systems - Protx, Sagepay) and only transmitted in encrypted form. Customer details are not passed to third parties and are used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
 

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees), arising out of your use of this site.

 

Jurisdiction

The Contract will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties to the Contract submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Consumer Rights

None of the above Terms and Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.

Trade/Business customers

 

Lead Times -
Many out of stock and made for you items have a lead time of 8 to 15 weeks. It is important to understand the processes involved with these orders.

 

The lead time is based on an average and there are things that can slow this down including the following:


* Shipping - The shipping from our factory takes 4 weeks of the lead time alone. We order in bulk quantities only and shipping is by sea container. Shipping can be affected by loading delays, weather conditions, port arrival, customs etc.

* Production - Sometimes production can be slower than normal and may be because of the availability of raw materials, public holidays etc.

* We take deposits for pre-orders on stock, be-spoke and specially made items. A deposit is exactly that, a deposit and is non refundable should the order be cancelled.
